National Examinations Board (NEB) is in the final preparation of publishing the results of the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) 2078. NEB has confirmed that SEE Result 2078 is being published on Shrawan 11, 2078. Examination controller Arjun Bahadur Rayamazhi said, "The preparation work is going on. We will announce the results on Shrawan 11." He claimed that the board is working to provide faultless results and that the next three days will be spent working on verification.  Arjun Rayamazhi, Controller of Secondary Education Examination, said that the result will be published by within Shrawan 10.  A proposal to hand over the entire management of Secondary Education Examination (SEE) to the state government has been submitted to the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers.

 A meeting at the Ministry of Education (MoE) on decided to ban the use of guess papers and guide books meant for for grades upto XII. Various publishing houses have been printing guess papers of various subjects from Grade VII to the university level.The decision comes on the heel of pressure from stakeholders to discourage the increasing use of guess papers that target the examinees with ‘just-pass-mentality’. According to Education Secretary, the decision was taken after the ministry’s evaluation found that readymade answer books are putting a brake on the creativity of students. “Education is to become an independent. However, guess papers are making students non-laborious and education has become exam-oriented,” said.
